We are one of a very small number of independent creative perfumery studios operating in the fragrance trade. Every fragrance we develop is an original composition: we create from scratch – we don’t match.

Our head perfumer, Pia Long, has spent four decades working in the industry, is a member of the International Society of Perfumer-Creators, and was awarded the Septimus Piesse Visionary Award by the Institute of Art and Olfaction. She approaches each brief as a narrative problem: what story does this fragrance need to tell, and what’s the most interesting way to tell it?

We work primarily in fine fragrance and home fragrance (EDT, EDP, candles, diffusers), and compound all our formulas through Accords & Parfums in Grasse – a precision compounding house born from Edmond Roudnitska’s Art & Parfum and based at the legendary Domaine Sainte Blanche.
Their standards are exacting. That’s why we work with them.

We provide the creative work and arrange the supply of the fragrance oil.

All fragrances created by Olfiction Studio are compounded exclusively at Accords & Parfums, situated at Domaine Sainte Blanche in the heights of Grasse – the site where Edmond Roudnitska founded Art & Parfum and produced his greatest works for Rochas, Dior, and Hermès.
Accords & Parfums was established in 2004 by Olivier Maure as the direct continuation of that project: a compounding house built specifically to serve independent perfumers who refuse to compromise on materials or method.

The creativity of a fragrance is inseparable from the quality of its materials and the care with which it is compounded. Working with Accords & Parfums means that every formula we create is built to a standard most independent studios cannot access.
